After clearing throat i hacked this up and i have no idea what it is

Hi

I have been having mild chest problems for a while which i felt that did not require professional help but the other night after just clearing my throat this came up with some blood. after speaking to my GP I'm waiting on tests back but i would like to know if possible what exactly this is as this has my anxiety through the roof at the moment.
