After life threatening cyst rupture- I suspect I have endometriosis

I’ve have very painful periods since age at. I’m currently 27. In December my partner and I was having intercourse and I started having horrible pain. I couldn’t sit, couldn’t move, and couldn’t walk for almost 2 hours. I eventually managed to make it around the house. About 8 hours later I started passing out. I even landed on my face at one point and split my lip. I was rushed to a trauma hospital where they found out I had 2 pints of blood in my belly from a ruptured cyst. I’ve had multiple cysts in the past, but nothing like this. My abdominal incision is very large as they weren’t sure what was bleeding and it took weeks to recover to a normal daily routine.
Now, months later, I’ve been having pain during ovulation and my period. I have constant issues with bloating up until I look pregnant and I am currently cyst free. I’m afraid to have sex because I never know if it will hurt or not. Last night I started having intense cramping and shooting pain down my anus area and could not sit. Today my stomach has been so bloated that I had to wear an oversized dress, I also felt sore and tender. Peeing and bowel movements hurt. I’ve also been having weird pulsation feelings around my reproductive organs.
I guess I’m just wondering if these sound like experiences of other women with endometriosis. I’m wondering if I should urge my gyno to test...every time I complain about the pain she just tells me to take IBprofine. As someone who was able to ignore pain from internal bleeding for 8 hours...I feel like I’m being dismissed as having a low pain tolerance or being dramatic. Thoughts?

4 months later the pain came back, called my Gyno and she saw me the same day and did ultrasound, she found a new 4cm cyst and put me on hormones, 4 months later I got another ultrasound because the pain never got better, actually it got worse and now was affecting my pelvis and my hip, they found that the 4cm cyst had now doubled in size and there was a new cyst as well so I was schedule for another laparoscopy to get that ovary out ...surgery happened, post operators appointment came 2 weeks later and on that appt my doctor officially diagnosed me with endometriosis, she said she was very surprised to find such an advanced case since the report from the other surgery didn’t mention it, out theory is that since it was an emergency surgery he focused on the blood that needed to be drained and that’s it but my dr still thinks that’s so unethical and malpractice for sure ...anyway she said she cut the Endo out but that it was all over my ovaries, the back of my uterus and adhered to my hips as well (EXPLAINS THE PAIN I WAS IN, I’m doing so much better thank God) and was almost touching my bowels as well.
Now that I’m officially diagnosed I can for sure see the times when I showed all the signs but chose to ignore (or chose to blame on th cysts): bloating, pain during sex, crazy agonizing pain across my belly button during period, abdominal pain with bowel moments and so on.
I don’t know how this can help you but at least you now know that it is possible for a dr to ignore the Endo while already inside. I hope you find the answers soon because if it’s really Endo you’ll feel so much better after they take it out.

Sounds like a breakage to me. I have endometrioma. The cysts on my ovaries are 2, 3, and 4 cm. And it defiantly sounds like there was a rupture. My pain has gotten so bad I vomit from the pain every month. Lay on the floor and cry.. can't scream because I'm out of breath.. Sweat and sweat... I have an apt at U of M hoping they'll take them out.. They'll only get BIGGER and just because I'm not sexually active I'm not a big priority.. But WHY WAIT till the cyst are the size of a grapefruit and you need a hysterectomy?
