After Right Hip Replacement, Opposite Hip has a lot of pain

I am sure I could have overdone it. But I was in my late third week of right hip replacement surgery and I felt great! I did a long walk and the next morning I awoke with a very sore left hip. The pain just got worse to where I had steroids' injected about 5 days ago. I felt great for the first two days post injection, but if I stand on the legs too long the pain comes back. Any suggestions to assist me in getting some relief? Thank you
