After slow up I am down again after 4 weeks on Fluoxetine

Hello everyone,

I am quite bad for last few days, I feel sick, I can not breath, my heart is going crazy and I am not sure if all this is possible to be the side effect of the drug or the anxiety symptoms that are back. I have the impression that I would have a heart failure. All this has been followed with nausea and diarrhea. Mine anxiety in my case is related to health. Let me know if any of you has experienced a similar ? Thank you so much in advance. Best Regards, Danica
