After tapering citalopram - anger and premature ejaculation

Its been almost 03 months i have successfully tapered citalopraom from 20mg to 0 and its been great so far except two big challenges.

As soon as i have left citalopram i am struggling with premature ejaculation to such an extent that i cant do intercourse which is extremely frustrating.

Second time to time an episode of anger and irritability comes which put me on anxiety burner and scares me that i will go back to the tough journey. many of you can understand its been tough to taper citalopram and i tapered on my doctors' advice.

Now please can someone help me, advice me or share their similar experience?
