At what time do you take your meds?

Join the club, I increased to 100mg 5 days ago and the urge to sleep in the afternoon for me is everyday right now, I almost had that side effect licked on 50mg but after my increase it’s back again along with the stomach issues as well.

I take mine at night between 9 and 10 right before I go to bed.  It doesn’t matter how much I sleep or don’t sleep.

I hear you, I’ve tried mine at night and in the morning, makes no difference with me, Either way around 1 or 2 in the afternoon the tiredness hits me!

Yes absolutely the stomach issues too!  What about at 75?  Did you have tired issues then too?  I think I did but not like this.

Actually when I was on the 75s I didn’t have the tiredness near as bad as now, and the stomach issues were not as bad either! But I only stayed on 75s for roughly a week and a half to help with the transition over to 100. One positive though I’ve already noticed my anxiety is getting even better, so that’s a plus!

I take it at bedtime so that is what confuses me....

    Hi Alf Alf,

Me too! But I didn’t feel that way until I was 10 wks into taking the med.

I take my 50 mg when I get up in the morning, I find it keeps me awake otherwise.

Oh well, I’ll take sleepy over panic attack everyday!

    Yawn, x kat
