Hi umer, if your drs say your heart rythoms are normal than other factors must apply. I have had anxiety attacks and my heart did act up. I wonder if you can pinpoint your anxiety attacks, what triggers them. In my case, menapause and hormone irregularities played a part. I would ask your dr if it is possible for your body to imbalances that could be causing this. How courages you are to seek answers to your issues, I think this gives you a big advantage. Courage and persistence are your friends as you go forward in this journey. One thing I experienced is being upfront and right away acknowledge you are experiencing a anxiety attack nips in the bud right away. But trying to hide it just makes your heart race, and makes all worse. Upfront and direct helped me, maybe you will benefit it from that approach too. Also,so many people experience this and from embarrassment keep quiet, so you are not alone.my best wishes are with you. 🍀??🕊
