Agonising PMS?

I’m a bit of a hypochondriac but if someone could give me some advice I’d be extremely grateful. In Feb I got the Nexplanon or Implanon (I can’t remember which) implant and I was bleeding non-stop on it. I was then given Rigevidon to stop the bleeding and this helped, however I decided to have the implant removed after 3 months because it was causing too many problems. After it was removed I had a period straight away, and I’m due my next period, however I haven’t had it yet. Instead I’ve been having extreme pain in my lower back, so excruciating I couldn’t sleep. I’m also extremely hungry and emotional. I’ve never experienced this and I’m unsure if it’s PMS or if it something that I should worry about because I get frequent UTIs. I have tried to research PMS which I have never had but it says that it happens a week or so before your period is due, not this close. I am also only 20 so I am unsure if PMS occurs at this point in your life.  Sorry for such a long read but if anyone has any advice or experience with this I’d be extremely grateful. Thanks!
