Yep, but after taking Vitamin D3 supplements it's much easier to just do things, including leaving the house for a simple walk. If you hardly get any sunlight, especially if it has been years, then you are most likely deficient in D3. Depending on how severe you can notice changes within days. All positive! and it will come naturally so no need to worry about that.

I agree about taking the vitamin D3. I rarely leave my house these days. I take 1000 IU (25micrograms) each day (one tablet), which is an optimum dose and much higher than you would get in a multivitamin. I can't say it's made the slightest difference to my moods or fatigue (I guess it must help some people though!), but it's a vitally important vitamin which is why I take it.

Yeah, I haven't left my house since mid 2015 or so, with exception of doctor appointments.
