AHHH!! I can't this feeling! Started 1 week ago

Over 1 week ago, randomly the feeling of something stuck in my throat/upper esophagus (above adams apple) started showing up. The feeling has gotten worse day by day.
It is least apparent upon waking up in the morning, but the moment I sit up, I feel it again!
Anyways, I've been scammed thousands of dollars by the insurance company, so I only go to the doctor as a last resort.
So instead, I bought a USB endoscope (yeah yeah yeah, "you shouldn't try to self diagnose yourself...i kno. ikno. i kno.)
My tongue is big so I've never been able to see much to the back of my throat. So the camera isn't going all the way down my throat.
The deepest part I can see is my tonsils but that doesn't feel like the source. The feeling is 2 fold
- My tonsils feel swollen. My whole neck area around my tonsils feel numb
- Deeper down past the tonsils feels like where something is stuck (around the esophagus/tongue interface) but with the gag reflex, I can't stick the camera all the way down.
Maybe someone can check my tonsil pics. Does it look normal? There's white patches on it. Is that normal?
Thanks!

Hey. I've done the same thing with a USB endoscope long time ago (nothing special found). And later done full endoscope by a specialist and still nothing found.
I guess that looks normal? However I'm not a doctor so I don't really know.
