Ahhhh ...... 😖😖😖can't sleep too scared

I just can't sleep , I keep on getting glimpse of dark shadows and I keep on shuddering movement as though I'm really scared of something. Then I open my eyes lift my head up slightly to look around if there's anyone there in my room , but there's no one ....

Any advise ??

Hello ... Anyone still awake ??

    It happens all tge time its just your mind playing tricks cause of your anxiety/panic.

    Is anyone else living there hopefully that should be a little comfort knowing someone else us home.

      Thanks for your reply really appreciate it . Yes my husbands sleeping right next to me but he's fast a sleep . He's a heavy sleeper . I feel soo jumpy and easily startled sad((

      I really wish this mind thing would stop , it's sooo draining of the body and such waste of precious life . Many times throughout the day I feel exhausted just constant telling my head ITS NOTHING !!

      and several times out of that I fail to be strong and my head takes over and band heart races I start trembling pain etc eye etc

      Is there any other way to stop these thoughts and just have a NORMAL LIFE like every other human living in this planet .

      I must say I am a very emotional person , I get scared quickly and I'm a worrier. I THINK that's whY I've got this anxiety / panic /depression

      My husband is a very strong minded persons fears nothing a overly confident , he's fine had no problems but does understand what in going thru as his sister had it . But he was too young to understand back then .

    I get the same doesnt half mess with my head. I was ok till i experienced alot negativity. I had full controll till it happend again now my mind is constent spilling all sort and i jump at the slightest thing. Even see things. I do try meditation and clear mind sesdions. You just put your mind in imaginary state filling your self with possitive energy and getting rid of your unwanted thoughts and feelings
