AICA vascular loop

Hi,

I am suffering from the following: anxiety, ocd ,derealization and tinnitus.I have daily tension headaches with nausea and vertigo.I did a brain MRI scan which showed a tiny cavernoma in the left frontal lobe.Also the report says: In the right posterior fossa, there is a right aica vascular loop which enters the anterior aspect of the right internal auditory meatus and loops around with abutment of the cochlear nerve but not overt impingement of uncertain significance.Could this aica vascular loop cause the psychiatric problems ?
