Air cast

Hi, I've been told to remove a wedge each 2 weeks from my air cast following Achilles tendon repair 4 weeks ago starting today. However wasn't told to take wedge from top or bottom of the 4 wedge stack! I've taken from top but the arch of the foot now feels weird. Does it matter if its taken from top or bottom?

      Thanks, that's what I did. Am 5 weeks post op and going stir crazy. Was told to weight bear with 2 crutches at all times but am finding I'm using one around the house and on the stairs as so tricky to do anything. How are you managing? Are you putting weight on it ?
