Air hunger

I have been experiencing shortness of breath since May 2019, thought it was asthma and put on Prednisone 3x before realizing it's probably anxiety since all other tests come back normal. Started Sertraline 25mg in July, 5 weeks ago.. then upped to 50mg 5 days ago.. having increased anxiety which makes my air hunger worse.. will Sertraline work to get rid of this feeling or am I gonna have to retrain myself how to breath properly again? Anyone else suffer with this symptom of anxiety?

by air hunget do you mean like when you take a deep breath you cant get it?

I suffer this sympton of anxiety and sometimes have to yawn to get that deep breath.

sertraline does help but when you have a "bad day/week" it does come back I have being ok most of this year but since kids being off school I feel like I taking a step backwards. I was on 150mg sertraline but dropped to 100mg about a month ago although I will prob go back up to 150mg for time being
