Air purifier ?

Has anyone bought an air purifier to help allergies ? If so how effective and what's the best thanks

    I am suffering from allergies to dogs and we have two. I bought 4 air purifiers. One for the living room, one for the family room and for the kitchen/dining and one for the bedroom. I still couldn't stand to be in the House and had to move out. I might have had worse issues without the air purifiers but they weren't enough to help me with dog dander.

    I seem to be having trouble posting replies.  I'm not seeing my message after it's been sent.  This has been happening quite a lot lately.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem ??
