Akathisia again

I have akathisia again today..  Anyone out there who can offer advice on coping?  Really down....

      Are you on medication? It says that it could be the side effects of medication. Do you get it all the time or just sometimes?

      Probably is the meds. Not all the time....but anxiety through the roof again today.  Don't know what to do with myself.

      My anxiety is bad today as well. What medication are you on?

      Mirtazapine.  Don't really want to take anything.  Have asked to come off them.  Only taken them for six weeks.

      Are you on mirtz for depression? I'm on mirz plus venlafaxine and olanzapine but I seem to be getting worse!
