Alcohol readings in blood concentration

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place but wondering if somebody can help explain a blood alcohol reading that has come back in a spanish medical report. The reading is ethyl alcohol 3.33 to 0.16 g/L. Any help?

If the 0.16 g/l is Grams/Litre = 1.6 mg Making it 3.5mmol. This is a level usually found in Non-Drinkers. This is my best guess I'm afraid, without seeing a little more.

Are you 100% That it's a blood reading and not medical grade alcohol administered or used?
