Alcohol to take my Naltrexone tablet..Is it too late for it to work after I started drinking?

I forgot to take my Naltrexone and drank 2 1/2 glasses of dry white wine! Just taken a tablet....hoping it might still work enough to stop me totally bingeing???? Can this work?

    I think I read somewhere that if you forget you should take a tablet stop drinking then wait the hour to start again.

    I think Natalie is right there Sharon.,Just take the tablet and wait the necessary time before you continue drinking.  Hope its all ok ! Idid the same thing with my nalmefene the early days . I completely forgot but  did take it when I realised  and waited the 2 hours and I  was fine

      I am also taking Naltexone. Yes, take the tablet with a glass of water and please try to wait that hour. It will help you if you follow the instructions and stay in compliance. When I follow it the difference is amazing. Keep with it.
