Hey I have been drinking heavily for the past month and a half and now it is has gotten so bad that wine does not effect me like it used to. Then the last couple of days I have tried vodka and wine mixed together. How do you get sober quick so I can save my life and liver at the same time I am begging.

I was like you. 2 bottles of wine was not enough. Vodka up to 70 cl in one day 37%. Stopped nearly 5 years ago. Stop gradually. I will help and assist you!

Hi Jesse. Try one day no drinking and make notes of how many units you were drinking against now. Give yourself an award After one week. Well done. Something you deserve! Try to get off vodka like I did. You will sleep better. Your mind will be in a better state: remember better and what you did yesterday. I forgot! Try it. You can do it! Already in the right frame of mind

I have given up the vodka when I went to have my liver tested I did a blood test and they said it was normal but my blood pressure is usually averaging 140/90 is that bad.

90 over 140 is not that high. It does also depend on ago. 80 over 120 is ideal, if possible. Your pulse?

My pulse rate goes 74 or 75 at times. Then I am 27 years old.

I think it should be pulse of 60. What does your doctor say?
