I have a constant urge to clear my throat and usually it is difficult to cough up anything.  When it does produce it is thick and basically "clearish', not yellow or green.  I seem to get a build up in the back of my throat and am constantly swallowing as well as clearing my throat.  I also have the feeling of a lump in my throat that concerns me and wonder if you have that also.  The lump feeling is not always there and only seems to exhibit itself when moving my head around or when doing something like putting socks on.

Anyone have any thoughts.
