Alexandra Rain's story

If you get a chance, look the above up online and read her story. She started off with insomnia and was prescribed a tranquilizer. She was doing great but it became ineffective so increased the dose. Side effects kicked in and other problems arose so she started taking more pills prescribed by various specialists, eventually she was taking 1000 pills a month. She went to rehab where she had to go cold turkey. She is now ok and later discovered her initial cause of insomnia was vit b12 deficiency. She is now taking one vitamin pill a day. It's an amazing story.

Sharlie, I hope you do stick around, if its any consolation, doctors only know what they know. No one believed me, thats because there is not alot of information out there about this thats why its hard to get anyone to listen. I get that, I also get that meds help alot of people, my doctor said I was unlucky. The last thing I want to do is scare anyone. X

I am suffering from panic attacks in the night even though I'm on 3.75g of ziplocone it is terrifying and it's hard to get through a day on only 3 hours sleep. I've been so desperate over the last few days there has been times when I felt like I can't go on anymore. I've spoken to my doctor and mental health team but they both say that I've just got to give it time, it's just a phase and I'll get there but it is so hard at the moment and if they were to throw stronger drugs to help me sleep I'm sure I would take them but I know I won't help myself in the long run. Just wish this wasn't so hard😢

You should see if your doctor will change the ziplocone to zolpidem.. perhaps that will help..

One more thing Gemma high fat foods diminish the potency of the ziplocone..

Hi Lois, thank you, I’m struggling to eat at the moment so I’m just eating eating little and often. I think my lack of eating won’t be helping as my blood sugar levels will be low. I slept better last night but woken up panicking so I’ll try some relaxation music to try and steady me off a bit. Do you think that because I’m struggling to sleep that taking some multivitamins will help me as I won’t be get much goodness in me at the moment.

Multivitamins aren't a bad thing.. anything to feel healthy.
