alivecor ECG

Hi, some people have a problem with diagnosis as the attacks have not been captured in hospital. My consultant recommended a ECG device which attaches to your Android phone. They cost £75 from Amazon and a free app. Just search for ALIVECOR. I have self recorded several attacks along with multiple ectopic beats. I emailed the results to my consultant and he referred me instantly for ablation. Absolutely essential for anyone with heart issues.

Your right it is difficult to get a diagnosis sometimes, my son had to have a loop recorder fitted at the hospital to detect his, this app sounds such a good idea and worth the money!

    Hi GrahamB,

I received my Alivecor in the mail and started using it today. I had a question, so it only can detect normal and Afib beats? Is 'unreadable' something other than those two? Thank you!
