I haven't posted much over here but another issue came to mind as some folks over there were talking about this just now.
I've talked about this a lot over there and why not here....we need to get our bodies into as high an alkaline state as we can....the more acidic the more pain.
I use Fresh Lemons every day and squeeze lemons in about everything I eat and drink. I also buy a product called Body Rescue, these are alkaline drops to get our pH levels up.
Hard waters are all acidic..tap water is the worst. Chemicals and the high acid level.
There are many sites listing the Alkaline/Acidic Foods Charts and you probably would do well to check these out and see just how acidic the foods you are consuming are.
Carbs and sugars very high acid.....veggies, the greener, the better more alkaline..
Lemons when going into the body create an alkaline environment, limes too.
We can feel better but it takes some doing on our parts and thinking the drugs will do it, forget it.
