All alone after finding out about having Genital Herpes

i found out when I was 2 months pregnant at 7 months I asked my babies father to leave for lots of reason 

my baby is now 18 months and I have not been with any men I also get lots of re-occurring outbreaks but the problem is I suffer with emetophobia (sickness) and won't take any mess that can cause this so I just ignore the outbreak as best as I can !! But I get them at least once a month and make me feel so ill can anyone here suggest anything I can try x

    I've also got emetophobia, I suffer with an anxiety and panic disorder and sickness is one of my main triggers of that.

    The antivirals I was on didn't cause any feeling of sickness at all, I know it's hard seeing the huge list of side effects they put on medication but i would definitely talk to a doctor and mention your phobia too, they might be able to talk you through the possibility of side effects etc and reassure you enough to take something x
