OK, here we are.

first week of September i had protected intercourse with a woman that i know, condom did not broke, i gave her oral and did not swallow and wash my mouth with water after, but 3 days after the event my dentist confirm bleeding gums at the back of my teeth, I never knew that, I brushed 12 Hours before the act.

Ok, first of all. It is glad that you did protected intercourse and the only behavior you worried was the oral sex you gave to her (cunnilingus). And although HIV virus could be found in vaginal fluid but there is NO documented that anyone got infected by cunnilingus. So do not worry that much.

Regarding on the teeth bleeding, yes, you should pay attention on that BUT if you want to get infected via only dental bleeding, you need to have a big cut / sore and with fresh blood involved during ORAL SEX. (You mentioned 3 days later the doctor told you that, means the cut is not big or bleeding at that time otherwise you should noticed). Therefore, again, do not be worried.

October 11 swollen lymph node in posterior cervical, panick mode!!! went and get tested for all STDs and HIV, tested negative after 5 weeks of the event

The test after 5 weeks is conclusive for some of the stds (HIV, if you choose a 4th generation methods, Chlamydia, gonorrhoea). So you do not need to be worried aftrer this test.

I am waiting for the 13 weeks to get tested again. i am wondering if my test at 35 days combo antigen/ab was not too soon, when i tested i had the the sore throat for 3 weeks, it was 1 week after the common cold and 8 hours after the lymph node appeared.

A combo antigen/ab test for HIV is NOT TOO SOON AT ALL. (Anytime after one month will be good time for HIV testing with 4th generation (P24 antigen and antibodies)).

she tested 2 weeks after the act i.e sept 20th she was negative but I know she is been with some dudes, I should have known better. Maybe she tested during her window period and if so her viral load would have been very high. She says she has no symptoms.

As long as you had protected sex and she tested negative as well, there is no need to be worried, and many people will not develop any symptoms after infection, so stop looking on the symptoms as it will only make you more anxious.

I'm scared a lot and i'm praying that my bad judgement won´t cost me forever.

it's been two months since i can´t sleep and i'm so stressed.

The more you think of the HIV stuffs, the worse sleep you will have, and more stressed, then because you cannot sleep well and stress, your body will give you more 'symptoms'... DEAD CIRCLE!

I am not optimistic at all with all the symptoms that i have...

I know only testing can put my mind at ease , but thank you and thank you so much for taking the time to go through my message, paragraph by paragraph and to be honest with you, I feel very calm now.

You are right about the bleeding gums it was not huge and i did not have a big cut or sore. She did not reach climax during the cunnilingus act too.

I have some theories:

1- Night sweats: I have a memory foam mattress which is known to retain heat a lot, I got it this summer and it is very hot, we are in winter here, last night I sweat, but i forgot to turn the heat low and left it at 25 degree C and i was under duvet cover, mild sweat underarms and neck, planning on getting a top mattress to see if any difference.

2- Dizziness: I was taking pantoprazole for my acid Reflux and dizziness is a side effect associated with that pill, since i stop it, i am feeling much better.

I am learning a lot from this incidence.

Yes, i am still having the bone aches, burning sensation on skin and tingling throughout by body.

mild night sweats has not stopped even if the room is cool.

Cervical swollen lymph node is still there, ultrasound stated it is not cervical lymphadenopathy .

Stomach gurgling and heavy eyes sometimes at night.

I'm so stressed and all the symptoms look so much like seroconversion.

I'm just praying and hope that my result is negative.

all my symptoms ( muscle ache, dizziness, night sweats, stomach gurgling) appear days after I tested, except for the sore throat, common cold and the swollen lymph node which appear 8 hours before I tested.

I am wondering if i did not test too early, the GP stated that if the lymph node was related to HIV the test would have detected it, since the lymph node is the reaction of the immune system to an external invader.

The girl tested negative after 2 weeks, but when I ask her if she met with other dudes the month before she said she did not recall...anyway at this stage that won't change anything.
