All Clear

Roughly four months after it all started I've had the all clear today from the tests I've had on my lungs for the PE's and my knee for the DVT. Many thanks to all of you that offered me advice along the way and my advice to anyone new to this problem and this forum is listen closely to the advice of the doctors and specialists which I've learnt can seem a little vague at times but important all the same. Stick to the medication, slowly increase the exercise, try not to worry too much because mentally it can be draining and most of all listen to your body and look after yourself first and foremost.

Thanks all again, appreciate all the advice from people that have been there and experienced the same problems and hurdles.

Well done.😍 I agree this forum is such a comfort. My body is my best guide as to how much I can do. It may mean I have to spend a whole day resting. We will all get there eventually. We are so lucky to have the chance to recover. Good luck.🍀 xx
