All my health anxiety is focused on my head

All types of strange head sensations. .. I've had bad anxiety. And lots of headaces and feels like I have an ice pack on my forehead m. Stiff neck and I have had a clear ct scan but stick worried 🙁 8 weeks worried that something is gunna happen me sad

    Ive been in this same boat for 7 months. Tons of head pressure, weird sensations etc... i have a bunch of other things too and I have some tests being done for lyme and thyroid.  You could look into a TMJ specialist or physical therapy. Most likely it is just stress though. Try some meditation music, especially as you go to sleep.

    So sorry you are going through this I am as well... this is def anxiety.  Are you taking any medication. I’m currently taking Zoloft but in the past took Effexor XR and it worked wonders. Then it started to raise my bloood pressure so I had to get off it. Hang in there.

    Hey.. Im going through the samething... For a couple months now. It makes my anxiety worse though knowing I hit my head while falling... So initially I think I have a slow bleed. Im seeing a neurologist tomorrow.

    Hi Shannon, I think I've messaged you before haven't I? Sounds like a right pain-literally! Understandable these headaches are bothering you, they would anyone. It dies sound like it could be due to anxiety and tension. I'm just wondering, have you seen the doctor? Thank might be an idea honey. Donna xxx
