all-on-4 dental implants

After having all-on-4 dental implants fitted, upper & lower jaw, one of the implants feels like i’ve food trapped between my teeth, which obviously isn’t possible, i’m also producing excessive amounts of saliva, which i assume is linked to the problem of the trapped food feeling.

I’ve ask the dentist who fitted the all-on-4 dental implants if there is a problem & he told me that sometimes happens & its nothing to worry about.

Well i am extremely worried, so any advice would be gratefully accepted.
