All Test are Clear ! Feel Horrible No Appetite /Bowels Churning all day.

Started months back Had an upset stomach and threw up. Lasted a day Then the same thing a month later. Then in July became drenched in sweat and threw up outside the car. That was 2 months ago. I still have no appetite and feel bad all day. Just want to lay down all day. Losing weight from not eating. Have no desire to eat Feel to bad to eat. When eating her stomach would imediately get upset and go to the restroomBy the way its my wife thats sick. I am her husband reaching out for help. Im worried that will fade away if i cant figure this out. Family Doctor already did a full blood workup and Ultra Sound in her stomach and Gallbladder area. Gastro Doctor did Endoscopy and Colonoscopy with Biopsies from Esophogus, Stomach and Colon, Stool Samples Normal. Everything is completely Normal. No Ulcers or Colitis . Tested Thyroid, Pancreas, Ciliac Disease. CT Scans were all good. Emergency room Doctor was at a Loss. We've done everything we can think of. Shes 132 lbs and losing about 1lb every day or 2. Tried different meds including IBS pills. Zophran was supposed to help also. It had stopped her from going to the bathroom Second day without going. But still feels horrible, extremely tired and weak Any Help will be so appreciated! A solution would bring tears to my eyes ! Thank you so much for any response ! My name is Greg by the way.
