You could, but you'll need to see a doctor to find out if you have.

it's always best to go get blood test done my sister was an alcoholic before she passed away in July 2017 I watched her swell she used to weigh 145 lb but after having cirrhosis of the liver it made her kidneys start failing her stomach swelled legs swelled she would weigh 300 pounds that's how much water that would fill up in her body it caused so much damage and discomfort to her until finally the decision was made to either keep her comfortable or to put it on the surgery table but the doctor said either one she would not make it off the surgery table or if we kept her comfortable she probably wouldn't make it throughout the night it was horrible alcohol damages you so bad it takes a toll on your body if you don't have cirrhosis for the love of God give it up while you can cuz eventually it'll take over your body if you don't I'm praying for every alcoholic around the world that you surrender the bottles the cans and live a good clean healthy life God bless you all

I have had 3 sets of bloods in 6 months xrays of my chest lungs ct mri and ultrasound of my liver kidneys spleen pancreas and all tests have been perfectly good from what the doctors say I've seen 4 different ones in a year and they can't tell me why I have these symptoms each doctor told me I don't have liver disease but Its not that I don't want to believe them I just keep thinking maybe it's early stage and will take time I hope there right and symptoms subside I'm living a clean life now with help of course

An ultrasound of your liver should show up cirrhosis. Very well done with 3 weeks no booze.  Keep it up
