All the problems?

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have been having problems for years. Ive been too embarrassed to go to the doctors. I do a lot of Googling my symptoms and i think over the years I've had everything from Fissures to internal hemorrhoids to cancer (googling never works). I have a healthy diet, never had anal. drink lots of water but i still get Constipated every few weeks. Something I have to press on my perineum to help me when i go. Sometimes I bleed alot when i go and the tissue is bright red and sometimes no matter how much I clean I still smell? I've tried over the counter things in the past, things for piles and anal bleaches, Warm baths, nothing seems to have made me look or feel normal again. It doesn't hurt at the moment but i didnt realise how dark and horrible it looked until i took these photos. does anyone know whats wrong with me or how to fix me?image
