Why do anxiety disorder comes with so much pain n fear. I just want to be normal again . crying

    This afternoon has been the best I've felt in weeks god knows why.im trying not to think too much because I I feel that is what causes fear x keep occupied

      I have no idea but I guess we are our own worst enemies. And the more we think the worse it all gets then it reinforce the idea something is actually physically wrong

    I know how debilitating anxiety can be. I promise you though, things can and will get better. Are you getting treatmeent for it? Personally I found Pregabalin to be a miracle drug that really helps my anxiety, and coupling that with counselling and CBT... I haven't had a panic attack in 3 years, 5 months and 12 days now!!

    Finding the right combination of meds and therapy can be tricky but it is really worth sticking to it. The outcome is worth the pain. xxx

    i am new to this forum, started to think it was just me, had depression before with anxiety but this time it seems a lot worse , trying to stay positive
