I was diagnosed with OFG a few years ago and am on the cinnamon and benzoate free diet which has worked for me but just had an allergic reaction (swollen lips) after a flu jab. Never had this before after a jab and been having the jabs each year. Would like to know if any other OFG sufferers have had this problem after this year's flu jab.
