What are your symptoms???? There are natural antihistamines. I take Quercetin. It takes a few weeks to get into your system but is safe to take allyear round. There are other natural ones you can take that work faster if you have a look on google. Antihistamine withdrawal symptoms  from such as Cetirizine are becoming more common as people use them more so I stick to more natural solutions.

Hey Roberto... I feel ya. I am allergic to a lot of antihistamines also. How severe is your response? Can you do an elimination trial with different classes of meds? I found for me that a lot of my allergies to antihistamines were actually a reaction to the dyes in them. There are a lot of inactive ingredients also that can be culprits. If you can do an elimination trial without putting your life at risk, then I would recommend that... try different generations of allergy meds, different colors, different active ingredients.  If your reactions are really severe, then I'd recommend seeing an allergy specialist. They can help narrow down the culprits and for severe allergies, you can try new things in their offices so you can get help if you have an adverse reaction.  Good luck!
