Allergic to lot of things

Hi All,

I would like to get some help and guidance regarding my allergies.

I have dust allergy , dust mite allergy and smoke allergy .

I also have deviated septum (nose bone leaning towards left side and hence blocking it.

Please advise what to do .

I already have my tonsillities operation as well.

Also, please advise is it safe to use anti allergy long term/.
