allergies??

so i had mono in feb and it really sucked i still dont fully feel like myself breathing is my biggest problem i also had covid in july and im not sure if my breathing is triggered by allergies bc i do have a soar throat on & off and it feels itchy also feels like i have mucus in my throat i have seasonal allergies and i am always coughing so idk if its from long covid or what please anyone help!! i have been to the doctors non stop and did a bunch of tests
