Allergy for Kathon CG

Hi fellas, I have been suffering from awful burning around my anus and constant dryness for 4 years now.

Every moisturizer I have been prescribed has only made things worse and have caused skin redness. Even the most natural cosmetics, such as organic coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil with cucrcumin.

Now I have underwent a patch test for allergic sensitivity, and it turns out I'm sensitive to a substance called Kathon CG, a preservative that is present in almost every single cosmetic or contact liquid. After the test I have been left with a red mark that itched and burned on contact that lasted two weeks (!)

I have now bought alternatives for every product I know for a fact that contain no preservatives. However the situation has not mitigated, and some of the alternatives have caused the same redness...

I wonder if anyone has found an allergen to be the cause of his pruritus Ani and more specifically Kathon CG(Methylchloroisothiazolinone). Also would like to know what everyday products did you try and change..I may have overlooked some that still cause the same effect..
