Allergy to Magnesium stearate

I have found that I am acutely allergic to Magnesium stearate, and from what I read on many forums so are many other people who don't realise, what is causing them the problems. I am on tablets for High BP, if I take tablets with high levels of magnesium stearate in my BP rises, not falls. Stearates are known to have serious affect on making blood pressure rise. I also get terrible headaches, which last 2-3 days. The only way to overcome this is to trawl through all the medical companies to find those who use small amounts of magnesium stearate in their tablets. I have found two - Actavis, and Sandoz .

Hope this is of use to somebody but beware inclusion of other fillers?
