HI all,
just wondered how long it took anyone on 50 to feel better, have had some better days, but not so good last few days, im getting so sick of feeling so down & nervous, not knowing what to do with myself, ive got propropanol, not sure if it helps, the mornings are worse. i wake up with intense adrenaline running through me. when will this stop?

Chrissy, it does take time...50 mg is a low dosage - not sure how long you have been on it. But most people feel the need to slowly increase over a period of 8 -12 weeks. The hardest thing to do is hang in there but just know that it will get better, it just takes time.
