Almost 5 weeks post op vaginal anterior/posterior repair

I had anterior and posterior repair on Feb 14th 2020, it is now March 17th 2020. I'm almost 5 weeks post op and I feel like my repair has failed. I am on my period now, have been for 5 days. My vagina opening still looks big and gapped open and I still feel loose inside...I'm only 22, I've never had a vaginal birth. I have had 4 C-Sections and my last C-Section was almost 10 months ago. Will my vagina tighten up? I have electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) therapy machines that I purchased to help improve my prolapse about a year before my surgery. I also have a whole set of kegal weights. I just want to know if my vagina will tighten up? I feel like this surgery has made no difference at all. I am feeling very discouraged.

I'm glad everything got better for you. I try to keep my bowel movements as regular as I can. Before the operations I had SEVERE constipation. It was so bad that I had to do splinting and pushing on my perineum to have even somewhat of a bowel movement. I had stage 2 (almost 3) bladder prolapse and I don't know what stage my rectocele was but it was worse than my bladder prolapse. A gynecologist did my surgery. I'm not sure he did it right. I thought the incisions where supposed to be the entire length of the vaginal walls, but my incision on top wall was about 2 inches long if that...I didn't have mesh or anything else. Just anterior and posterior repair using my own muscle.
