Aarghhhh!!I'm getting super frustrated and today has been a down day for me..I can't believe all of this is anxiety. .I have almost daily chest soreness in my chest everyday upon waking up and somewhere along the day it will get tight and achy..and it will disappear..it had been almost constant for almost 6 months now..I can't wrap my head around its anxiety..now I can't deny that I am overwhelmed by the anxiety state of mind almost all the time thinking what if something really wrong with my health and it's not anxiety. .I'm 23 has been healthy growing up..I have 18 mths old..and ever since then I have a bit of a post natal depression..but now I'm perfectly fine with that..I just need constant reassurance that all this that I'm feeling everyday has nothing to do with my physical health and I'm not gonna die young..I have had 5 ecgs from different docs and they all say it's normal..they listened to my heart and lungs they said it's all Okey. .and my blood pressure is fine too..did a full blood count and came perfect too..I just can't seem to trust my heart is fine with all these sensations and tightness I feel everyday..pls someone enlightened me..thank you

Rahb. Looking for reassurance just prolongs the agony in my view. I can recommend physical exercise, for me it gets rid of any frustration and anxiety. I know how you feel; as I write this I am experiencing it right now. I constantly feel frightened and check my pulse.

I get what you mean..but it will nice if you can describe your pain with me..sometimes knowing you're not alone is a good enough assurance

Pain can start for me in the centre of the chest or under the arm pit. I get a lump in my throat, feel emotional and my nerves are on edge. I tend to feel my chest pounding which is very uncomfortable.

Mine starts in the centre too..mine sort of feel tight muscle or some sort of sore tension feeling inside..right in the middle of my chest..just feels tender and stiff..

I feel EXACTLY the same way as you! I've been to my Primary Dr, ER and the Cardiologist several times and I just CANNOT convince myself it's anxiety. I've had every heart test, but a heart cath. I'm really struggling today as well. It's affecting my home life, my job....I just want to feel well again. I want the Dr's to find out what the problem is and fix it.

I get pain in my left breast and along my collarbone area. Its painful to press on and I get pain in left arm. I figure if it's something heart related they would have caught it by now right? This is soo embarrassing, but I've literally been to ER 20 times in last year. It's ruling my life.....I don't know how much help I can be, but Im here to listen

Do you get tightness under your armpit u your pecs triceps and biceps and sometimes forearm? Like your muscles are tired and tense feeling. Kind of like you just did a workout and your arm feels heavy and weak?
