Aloe juice?? yes or no?

I was told that aloe juice is great for Barrett's.  I have been drinking an ounce of it every morning.  Does anyone have experience with aloe.  Should I continue with it or is it harmful to Barrett's people?

I have been taking a tablespoonfull of aloe vera juice for the over a month and cannot decide if it is making a difference. As i am sure it is not doing me any harm i am going persevere with it. If you haven't  already done it my advice is to raise the head of your bed by at least 25cm and sleep with 3 pillows.I have found that this stops any acid reflux.

I have also been keeping a diary this has helped me to identify any foods that aggravate my condition.

If you take whole leaf aloe you can only take a small amount which probably won't be very effective.  I take inner leaf gel aloe and so I can take larger quantities and I have found it very effective.  I take 120mls - 240 mls a day, I take some first thing in the morning, and some before I eat.  I have also raised the head of my bed and that helps too.
