Alternative to alprazolam(Xanax) for anxiety and sleep insomnia

hi guyz i have been on xanax past decade on and off as i was described amitriptylene for sleep past 16 years

i came off amitriptylene in december 2017 and my doctor prescribe clonazepane for sleep disturbance

i have been on clonazepam for almost 2 years but it does nothing for me i get very laboured sleep i wake after

every 20 mintues and it gave me very bad runny nose literally 24/7

when i really struggle i take xanax(1 mg) privately bought as doctors want prescribe xanax on nhs.

please somebbody advise what is the good alternative for xanax for sleep insomnia as the clonazepam did not suit

me i need particular benzodiazapine for (anxiety /panic attactks thats xanax main usage) although i dont suffer from

anxiety xanax always works for me for my sleep i cannot tolerate sleeping pills only xanax work for me for my sleep.

so what i am trying to say i need advise from somebody who use banzodiazapine which is not for epilepsy seizures

as i checked clonazepam although its use are anxiety but its use particularly for apilepsy but my gp gave me for my sleep

insomnia . i am looking for somebody advise for a particular benzo like alprazolam which is not for fits epilepsy

as clonazepam does not suit me please help
