No but I did have a very painful attack Friday and didn't eat for 25hrs as I thought it was my other issue (diverticulitis) and then had to drink the horrible drink for a CT scan Friday afternoon. I've had diarrhea since. It stopped this morning with a normal bm to then come back full pelt this afternoon.

I had IBS-c then randomly 3 years ago started getting ibs-D too. I alternate.
Tbh it doesn't sound like you have ibs-D though- that drink they give you is a strong laxative- its supposed to make you have diarrhoea to clear your intestines out.

Really, for a CT Scan? They said it was for a contrast, whatever that means. I've had the one for colonoscopy but the CT one is two water bottles given two hrs before.
Wish they had told me if that's the case.... still pooping 4 days later errr

IBS can cause alternating bowel habits of constipation and diarrhoea. This is called IBS A. I have had this. IBS is very variable. Don't worry.
