Always feeling the need to take deep breaths

Posted , 2 users are following.

I have had this problem since like forever, but since past few months I feel like it has increased.

I need to take deep breaths all the time.

I workout on a day to day basis and have no problem in sports and am perfect on stamina, endurance etc

Plus I take healthy diet and drinks lots of water

Still I always need to take huge breaths.

Please help me out

Thankyou

There can be several reasons for needing deep breaths, often it is caused by anxiety and there are exercises to improve the problem. It can become a vicious circle the more deep breaths you take the more you need. Other things can be obesity, cardiovascular, asthma, sleep apnea, emphysema etc but in your case these sounds unlikely by what you say.

I totally agree with your circle part

No obesity sir, I am a muscular adult.

Besides I dont get any heart/chest pain either

      Can you mention the exercise?

      And thanks for help

Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing techniques could help.
