Always need pee, what is wrong with me

i am a female currently 16 years old, since the begining of 2017 I have suffered with at least 2 UTI's which have been cured with a week course of antibiotics. On Monday I began to show symptoms of yet another water infection, constantly needing to pee however not being able to when actually getting to the toilet. This is not followed by any form of pain or burning sensation which I found always accompanied me when having a UTI. I went back to my GP and they prescribed me another course of antibiotics (2 a day for 3 days). The urge to wee began to stop, but now suddenly it has come back. I still have 3 more tablets to take. I am about to take a sexual health test however I am 100% certain that it will come back clear therefore struggle to believe it has anything what's so ever to do with that. I am severely paranoid when it comes to trying to figure out what is wrong with me and actually expressed my worries to the doctor about me believing I may have bladder cancer, they of course reassured me that I definitely did not have that. I'm waiting an appointment for a scan to try and determine what is wrong with me, however I'm worried sick waiting. Does anyone have any idea how to ease the urge and discomfort? Or maybe a clue to what is actually going on with my bladder?
Thanks.

I have had the same problems. Please try not to worry as that will make matters worse. It sounds like your doctor is doing the right thing by referring you for a scan. If that is clear you may need a cystoscopy and PLEASE believe me it is a very quick and painless procedure (just a bit uncomfortable) they look inside your bladder and can see if there is anything wrong. I was told mine was clear but they prescribed a very low dose of antibiotics to be taken for 3-6 months and I haven't had a UTI or any other urine symptoms since I started taking the antiobiotics 4 months ago.
I know how difficult it is but please try to chill out, drink 6-8 glasses of water each day and with the help of your doctor your investigations will soon be completed and you will receive treatment (if needed) and be restored to full health.
Take care of yourself and keep in touch.

Just one point I would like to mention to you is that I am also on low dose antibiotic after having had recurring UTIs. Not had any since taking them but your doctor should change antibiotic every 3 months as mine does, as your body becomes resistant to any antibiotic if taken for too long.

Lucy, My wife has the same problem. About every two months or sooner she has an infection. She takes antibiotics and almost instantly it's cured...till the next time. I went on You Tube, and found some very interesting information. If you start to take D-Mannose, which you can buy at a health food store, it may help. What D-Mannose,does is that it makes the bladder environment a place where E-coli bacteria, can't survive and thrive. So everytime you urinate, it just flushes the E-coli bacteria away. Because of D-Mannose, the E-coli bacteria, can't cling to the walls of the bladder. E-coli, probably came from your rectum. The rectum and your vagina, are so close in proximity that it could have traveled from point A to point B. Further instructions on You Tube, is that your should wipe from front to back, and not the other way. This should minimize your chances of contracting the bacteria. Go to You Tube and type in urinary tract infection. There are lots of information regarding this problem. Good luck! By the way, taking too much antibiotics may create future problems, because every time you take antibiotics, it kills all of the bacterian in your digestive tract, which is around 25 trillion in number. The balance in your digestive tract could be unstable if the bad bacteria gains a foot hold, and their numbers get too high. The correct balance, roughly is 20% bad bacteria, which is mostly candida, and 80% good bacteria. I am not a doctor. All this information is available on the internet.
