I have always had an issue with having a very weak immune system I can be around someone sick for just a few minutes and then the same day I get whatever they had I've been sick consistently for the last two years most of the time I have three sometimes four different illnesses at one time I've had my blood tested for any immune disorders but all came back negative, I was wondering what else it could be I'm tired of being sick and I'm tired of not having the ability to fight anything I have myself I'm constantly on antibiotics because my body doesn't have the ability to fight any illnesses I get. Please help

I would say lots of exercise, less stress and taking supplements of Zinc, Folic Acid, Vitamin E may help.

Antibiotics don't seem to work for me at all.  Hope this helps.

I take absolutely everything that you can think of, my immune system just doesn't fight off anything by itself, if I don't take antibiotics I end up nearly having to go to hospital or going to hospital. I do everything I possibly can to strengthen my immune system but still it does nothing

You mentioned you’ve tested negative for immune problems with your blood work...  have you pursued any specialists?  It can be so many things.

I do have auto immune diseases, and I get very, very sick, like you’re describing.  But the illnesses and seriousness occur because  I don’t have a spleen.  When serious health problems came up in my early 30’s I saw several different specialists and ruled out various ugly diseases.

Several years ago I worked in a hospital and became very strict with hand-washing and touching public door handles, etc. that could be riddled with germs and bacteria.  I catch fewer illnesses now.  I’m sure improving my diet helps as well.

A well respected nutritionist or homeopath will run different tests than a physician. Also, Different medical specialists run different tests. My advice is to advocate for yourself. And, you can also seek out a second opinion.

Good luck and feel better soon.

Having a family member that goes through the same thing my heart goes out to you.

After years of testing Doctors tested for Leukemia , she has pre-leukemia. And has had a lot of issues with it too. She continues to sometimes feel weak. She is having better days now . It must be so sad to be sick all the time. Please continue to test , don’t give up, something will be found.

    God bless you.
