Always tired

ive suffered with anxiety my whole life always tired never feel fully rested after sleep my bodies always sore and im always fatigued ..

does anyone else have this with their anxiety i just have no energy

im on 15mg mirtazapine at night and 1mg lorazepam in the morning and 1pm

    hi carl sorry to hear what your going through. i too have this, no matter how much sleep i get im always tired, im suprised ive kept a job as somedays im that exhausted i dont know how i et through the day.

    Many days when I wake up in counting down the hours until bedtime I'm so exhausted

    The medication you are taking is going to make you really tired, do you get any psychological help to deal with your anxiety, or are you completely relying on the medication?

      im getting help but its just not working

      i just feel really yuck tired and sick all the time absolutely no motivation whatsoever

      You are basically over sedating yourself so you will have no energy or motivation. Maybe you should change your therapist if yours isn't helping, there must be one that can help you. Also talk to your doctor about cutting down your medication, I don't think all of that stuff together is good for you. If you take these tablets long term, it can have a serious impact on your health. They are linked with things like altzheimer's, obesity, heart problems, etc. I am not trying to scare you but you obviously are not feeling right so you need to do something to change in order to help yourself.

      ive got drs appointment in an hour so will talk to him about it ..
