Always Unremarkable - Abdominal/GI Issue

Hi, thank you for taking the time to check out this discussion. I'm not looking for an official diagnosis, though if you have an idea of what my issue is - I would be thrilled and follow up with a doctor. I'm just concerned about going to doctors, having multiple tests done, and always getting "unremarkable" and "healthy" as my results and walking away with no answers and another medical bill.
So much has been ruled out, yet the symptoms are still present.
Age: 28
Heigh: 5' 8"
Weight: 155 lbs
Sex: Male
Smoking: I used to vape THC, in small doses, in the evening to help with stress/anxiety and sleep though have switched to edibles and tinctures in even smaller doses. Did wonders for my blood pressure, though I even went and stopped taking THC for two weeks to see if symptoms alleviated and they did not.
Drinking: I seldom drink alcohol, and if I do it's like 1 bottle of cider or a glass of wine maybe once every 2 weeks.
Caffeine: 150-300 mg per day, usually coffee/espresso though sometimes pre-workout or energy drinks depending on the day/agenda.
Food: Fairly healthy diet, my symptoms do not appear to be triggered by any specific foods.
Symptoms:
- Abdominal pain in the lower right side; it varies but its somewhere from my hip dip to below the ribs, not actually near the ribs though (gnawing, comes and goes in waves - sometimes every few minutes up to every few days to even weeks between feeling it)
- Excessive Belching (I don't really burp all that often, but this has me burping an insane amount - and for long periods, like I'm in a grade school belching contest.)
- Rumbling/pulsating sensation in the abdomen (feels like my stomach or intestines are fighting, occasionally it can be heard from 3-4 feet away)
- Difficulty passing stool in the evening until morning (when I can, it's very small hard pieces)
- Occasional pain in the solar plexus region, like I've been punched in the gut. Not frequent, but there can be days where it comes and goes in waves.
- Urine is usually yellow/clear yellow/clear though can sometimes look like a more unsaturated gold color though that's only in the mornings or if I haven't had much water that day (I've gotten better at staying hydrated and drinking water - I drink about 50-70 oz a day now.)
- Stool is unremarkable, except that sometimes the color from the stool seeps out like a tea from a tea bag.
- Not sure if related, but I've started to have my hair thin since July 2021 - though that runs in the family. My brother shaved his head when he was 24 because of it.
Things that doctors have ruled out, or believe to be ruled out;
- Kidney stones
- Gallstones
- Gallbladder disease
- Kidney disease
- Tumor(s)/Mass(es)
- Liver damage/cihorisis
- Liver disease
- Cholelithiasis
- Cholecystitis
- and a few more things I'm sure
Tests Done:
- Blood Test
- Urine Test
- Multiple X-Rays
- Multiple Ultrasounds
- Physical Exam
Test Results:
- Very minor increase in bilirubin
- Some trapped gas on my x-rays
Timeline: 9 months
Early August 2021 - I only had a mild version of the side pain at the time, a doctor instantly pigeon holed the diagnosis as "kindey stones" without running tests because the pain I described was similar to the pain he had when he had kidney stones. No treatment besides pain relief and monitoring because "it'd go away on it's own."
Early September 2021 - The pain went away by itself.
December 2021 - The pain came back, but was more much signifigant - not severe, but unpleasant. Developed "evening constipation" and started to belch uncontrollably. After 2 weeks we went to the hospital, wait time was 48-72 hours and was told it had to be more dire. (Not happy about that) So I went to urgent care. The doctor performed a physical exam, blood test, urine test, and x-rays - all of which came back unremarkable - though their initial guess was that it was gallstones and NOT kidney stones. I was recommended to another doctor for a second opinion and additionally an ultrasound.
January 2022 - Ultrasound revealed that all my organs appear perfectly healthy, all results came back as unremarkable. My pancreas, liver, biliary duct, gallbladder, right kidney were all observed. No ascites. Doctor told me I was exceptionally healthy and they recommended I see another doctor. Symptoms persisted.
Mid-February 2022 - Symptoms suddenly disappeared, life was beautiful.
Early March 2022 - Symptoms reappeared gradually, and are now back to where they were before.

Again, I'm just looking for some help in what this could be so I can go get more specific testing done by a doctor. Going in blind just nets "unremarkable" test results, which while great, doesn't solve the issue at hand. I feel like I'm just throwing money at an issue that won't go away and no one is able to do anything about it. Having some idea of what this is would make me feel a bit more confident going to get another set of tests done.
