Always worried about health

Hi,
I posted last week, but have been getting myself in such a state with worry, this week my symptoms have been:
Body twitching/pulsing
White phlegm (I think post nasal drip)
Pain in left side like something is swollen
Upper shoulder blade pain on right side
Blood Shot eyes
Trouble sleeping
General aches and pains – mostly in back, hips and sometimes ribs
To me my glands under my arm feel up (they can’t be as chest xray was normal)
I am really worrying myself that something is wrong, have been to the doctors so many times and the only thing that was abnormal is my ESR which is 28 and a very slight IGM level, however doctor thinks it’s infection and nothing sinister, as he said blood test would be all over the place....... I have had a sinus infection which has been a bit ongoing, think it’s getting better now.
My urine test was totally clear and chest xray was also clear too........
Does anyone else panic about their health, I am constantly thinking about it, and feel it’s getting out of hand.
xx

In his case he is 80 years of age and usually nothing bothers him, however last week he had a bit of a scare when he went in for a routine check-up.
Apparently out of the blue he has acquired an aneurysm and will now need constantly monitoring to make sure that it does not get any worse.
I took him back to the hospital today for some sort of scan, and he has come out in one piece.
This example has only been given to you so that you can see the importance of getting checked-out if you feel really feel unwell.

Getting yourself so stressed out isn't good for our health in general, so what I realised is if I haven't got anything wrong with myself at the moment, stressing about my health constantly might actually start giving me a problem which I didn't have before (so where is the sense in that?!)
You are getting medical attention and having tests, so you are talking to the right people. Remember that the mind can do strange things to us - it is a very powerful organ.
I've managed to give myself psychosematic symptoms before by reading the symptoms of a disease or something, and then started practically immediately feeling them after I know what they are!
For this reason I barely ever consult medical books or things like that - and I certainly don't go on google otherwise I'd have self-diagnosed myself with most illnesses going!
